Kuranda Pet Resort was established in 2005 and has had many upgrades since then. Our team of passionate kennel attendants are experienced with all dog breeds and temperaments and we are recommended by vets throughout Cairns and the Tablelands.

Kuranda Pet Resort is purpose built for the comfort, security and total well-being of your best furry friend. Our design allows us to safely and carefully socialise dogs of similar size and temperament (with your written permission) as well allow your dog to peacefully rest when needed.

You’re welcome to pay a visit yourself. Inspections are available during open hours, excluding school and public holidays.


We’re located at 131 Boyles Road, Kuranda, just a 20-minute scenic drive from Smithfield.
